How long does it usually take to ship the item?

Standard Orders: Orders for standard products (products with no extra features added) ship 2-3 business days after you place your order. Total shipping time ranges from 7-10 business days.
Special Orders: For orders that contain additional features (such as output jack, illuminated display, etc) please allow 5-7 business days before they ship. Total shipping time for special orders ranges from 10-14 business days.

Do your meters come with a Certificate of Calibration?

The AC MilliGauss Meter (Model UHS) automatically comes with an NIST-traceable certificate of calibration. All of the other meters can come with a certificate of calibration (not NIST-traceable) for an additional $30. To special order a certificate, please contact our Customer Care Center when placing your order.
